HOW TO BOOK
A non-refundable deposit of £200 for each week is
required to secure a booking together with a completed booking form. The balance
is due not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or
a debit/visa/mastacard payment over the phone.
PRICES
Weekly rates
are for up to 8 people in Lion House, 7 in Park End and 5 in South Lodge. This number must not be excedd without our written permission.
Travel cots for babies available free of charge when available. Please bring own linen.

INSURANCE
Please note that when a booking is
confirmed you are liable for the balance irrespective of any reason you may have
for cancelation. Whilst we make every effort to relet the cottage you are
strongly advised to insure against cancellation. We can supply details if
required.
TOWEL CHARGES - per week or part week- Towels £5 per
person.
LINEN - we will give a discount of £8 per person if you bring
your own linen.
DOGS
Dogs by prior arrangement. Please check
before booking. Price per week: £25 per dog. Maximun of 2 dogs.
SHORT BREAK PRICES
These prices are based on the smallest cottage suitable for your party.
It may be possible for a larger cottage to be made available to 2 people if no smaller cottage is available.
Please bring your
own towels or can be hired for £5 per person.
